Interesting that she hires a coach with a losing record at Tiffin and makes her associate head coach, while Mark Stephens doesn't get a promotion when he is a one-man recruiting staff. Not his fault that nobody can coach the players once he recruits them.[/b]

She was National Division II Assistant Coach of the Year in 2016.
She took over a Tiffin team that hadn't won more than 9 games in a season the previous 5 years. Last year although their record only improved to 13-16, they won 6 of their last 9, including a win over #17 ranked Kentucky Wesleyan, which was 28-3 last year. Last year's Tiffin team didn't have a single senior, and 4 of their 5 leading scorers were Fr or So. So, I would not make any judgement about her record at Tiffin. Tiffin had the highest team GPA in DII.
Seems like a good up and coming coach.

Yeah, the record is deceiving perhaps. As BG’s head coaching record at Ashland has yet to translate into any improvement, this record may underestimate her impact. Hope so, anyway.

I support the school down south, so I know you're not gonna want to believe anything I say. But hear me now and believe me later ... Jessie is a great coach and an even better person. Your program is lucky to add someone like her.
