And of course, we have PERFECT weather for a 5 hour Tailgate with a Game Time temp of 74.
And 0% chance of rain after having some sort of rain for most home games last year!

-Cole Tucker has a solid game and catches the other TD
-Two of our RBs rush for over 70 and a pair of TDs
On defense...
-We limit the Rams to under 75 net rushing yards
-Pugh gets a FR
-Cole gets a sack
-The Secondary gives up a few big plays and allows for 200+ yds passing and 2 TDs
-Decent performance with a defensive TD
Final score 35-14. And I get Fatty's potato salad at my tailgate

The reason why there is no football today is so we can all enjoy a nice barbecue. If the Huskies played today, the weather would be miserable with heavy rain. Forget football and enjoy the grilling!

Agreed, I like these 1-AA season opener games in early September when weather is nice. I would have flown in for this game.

I couldn’t be there today, but do plan to have a couple Saturdays this fall to show up in the tailgating lot, have some drinks outside Huskie Stadium, and play some tailgating games!
