LOL. Yeah, Penny 'had' a cap busted in his foot during a 'robbery'. Had nothing to do with what he may or may not have been doing during the 'robbery' and an incident that may or may not have had anything to do with trying to remove something from his waistband too quickly.

I lived on Spottswood also for one semester when I first enrolled at Memphis State. It was a residence and the retired couple who owned the house rented three rooms upstairs to MSU students to earn extra income. Very quiet residential neighborhood back in 1965.
