I never heard of this Bowl game. But I often wondered how and if a Bowl game for High School Seniors from Ohio against Michigan high school seniors would work. Personally I think it would be great. I know I would go. RE: Story about Bates College football and the inaugural Glass Bowl Game - IamN2daRockets! - 06-17-2020 09:29 AM Thank you for posting! I really enjoyed reading this article. Well written and complimentary to our community, their community, and of course to both schools. A Glass Bowl crowd of 12000 is a nice crowd for sure. I love the mentioned 7-4 score for the Bates vs Maine game!!! Lolol. Unusual indeed but certainly less so in those days of low scoring and poor field position. A great piece of UT history. I didn’t know we ran this bowl game for four years. Very interesting! Go Rockets!
