I thought the AAC was pretty mediocre this year but it was hard to judge with the Covid pauses and lack of practice. College basketball overall seemed even sloppier than usual.

I can’t imagine Mason Madsen stays with his brother gone and everyone else he just played with gone.
Not sure what DeJulius can do since he already transferred once. Davenport is from here so maybe he stays I don’t know. Adams-Woods who knows? Poor Lahkin.

That's what sucks about this. He did a hell of a job with the freshman recruits his first two years. We upped the talent level dramatically in this classes from what we had been recruiting the prior 3 years. You could see potential. But they're all leaving.

I'll always believe that Brannen had the potential to succeed here, it just somehow went off the rails. The line between success and failure at this level is just so, so fine.

Yep - I really liked the core he had coming back. Problem now is even if he recruits the next LeBron, who knows if that guy will last an entire season. I think more guys have left his program prematurely than not.
Need a spreadsheet to keep track of it all.

Even the mini rebuild we were in was frustrating. But this is ridiculous. The admin purposely destroyed the program in 2005-2006, and somehow we're headed back to that level? Unbelievable.
