Didn’t see this posted anywhere, but looks like students are welcomed back 8/24. Fall sports still up in the air according to this https://www.google.com/amp/s/amp.cincinnati.com/amp/5344211002

Thanks for posting. Amazingly, I had 9 news on beginning around 5 this morning and to the best of my knowledge they didn't even cover the story. I find that amazing given UC's stature in the community as one of the top five employers with more than 42,000 students.

My wife saw it on social media around 5:30 and asked if I'd seen it on the news; I had not. I did see the re-opening of the pool at Coney Island three times though. Another sad example of the failure of journalism in 2020 as news organizations ignore an immutable principle of the profession--to present what is of greatest interest and importance to the greatest number of readers, listeners or viewers.

I think it's time that you come to the realization that there is no journalism in 2020.

Big brother only tells you what they want you to hear.

I consider the News (All outlets) mostly the same as WWE. They are simply there to sell commercials.

Now I realize one of thing I miss about sports. There is a score and somebody wins. Hard to spin that.

Sure ain’t much winning going on these days for anybody.

I've been winning. Came out ahead due to the timing of various stimulus type stuff, and timed a couple of stock sales/purchases right to make a bit there.

Of course, I guess I can keep score there, too.

My non-PERS retirement advisor was able to get me into two index funds when the DJI was down in the 19000's...it has been fun to watch those have some very un-index fund returns 03-lmfao
