Covid impact on move up - chrisattsu - 04-16-2020 09:19 AM

Schools across the country are reeling from CoViD. NCAA suspended spring sports, Campus are doing distance ed, and several programs have announced the suspension of certain low revenue teams (Soccer, Swimming, Wrestling)

The G5 Commissioners just put forth a request to reduce the number of sports required and the attendance requirements for the next 4 years.

Rumors regularly swirl about conferences reorganizing along regional lines to save money has budgets and television revenues are slashed.

Having wanted this dream for so long, does Tarleton stay the course or does someone pull the plug this move up with require so travel and money?

Tarleton won't pull the plug.

Most other universities probably would consider it, and rightfully so, but Tarleton has been eyeballing DI since the McCabe Dynasty. Nothing is stopping the Lonn Train after its finally been set in motion. The tracks are greased up and its full steam ahead..
