I think the peak is a couple of weeks after Easter when we try to "start up the economy" while this thing isn't under control.

Why would you think we would start it up if it isn't under control?

Simple. You start it up in phases. Start with the lightest hit areas first. If they get better, expand it. If they get worse, shut it back down.

Ain't complicated. Only way to get past the hardened position on both sides (health vs. economy).
