The ball clears the RF fence and the outfielder looks down and picks up a ball at the base of the fence. Holds our hitter to a triple instead of a HR. we ended up losing 2-4 to #3 Louisville.
I’ve never seen this before. Why is there a ball on the field during the game? What are the odds it comes into play?
