As shown in the first few weeks of the MAC schedule, anyone can win any game and any team can lose any game. Even though we are favorites today we have to shoot well and continue to play good defense. As DC1 stated we need Eugene to go back to good shooting.

Do you think thats what causing it? I might think that would be the case if he had a limited number of games to play to pass it up, but he will be the NIU leading scorer.

Yeah, I absolutely do think that's the major issue. This year he was doing exactly what he's always done until the point differential got to 100. Then it seemed like everyone woke up and made mention of it. It's like, it was inevitable, but now its within reach. Heck, he can't even make free throws right now.
If it's not this, then what? Everything he's doing right now looks like a lack of concentration/mental block. He's never shown that. He's also never been this close to the scoring record (and 2k career points). Granted, he did it in high school but that school he went to was a charter school and didn't exactly have a long history of prolific scorers. I mean, the school opened in 2005 and he graduated from there in 2016. He was probably the all-time leading scorer when he was a junior (maybe even as a sophomore).
So...yeah. I 100% think this is the issue.

Between the floor, NIUs unis, and WMUs unis, I had a difficult time watching the game on my computer. It's possible they looked fine in person (as far as distinguishing between the teams and identifying players) but on an internet stream, it was difficult.
Maybe only wear them if Toledo agrees to wear yellow or something.

Couple comments:
Uniforms: get some good-looking road and home uniforms and stick with them. Spend less time on the wardrobe.
Post-game: Montgomery told Baker & Davis he told German it would be easier to win at the end there with twos than threes. But German imo plays his own game sometimes. That record is getting to be a pain in the a. Just play the game and it'll happen.
Didn't watch: How was attendance?

I don’t think it’s the record he just hasn’t shot well this whole season. Geno practices and puts in so much time on his own but during games I don’t see much intensity! He is almost asleep if he doesn’t have the ball or is on defense. I’ll guess he breaks the record next Saturday

I hope it is not a long term slump for Geno and I don't think it is. We will see Tuesday. Also love what Daow does except shoot. At least he was strong on the line. Had a fantastic assist to who I forgot but it was near the start of the Huskie pull away.
