I can't post it here but the Athletic has a nice article on the Bearcats recruiting blitz for the Class of '22 once the dead period lifted at midnight. Can't say enough how impressed I am with this staff. Hope we start seeing the fruit of their efforts soon.

4 star WR from TX, Randy Masters is next in for 2022. Other offers included LSU, Auburn, Texas Tech, Oregon, Tennessee, Florida, and Mississippi State. I think that's good.
Part of the "Savage Seven" who met up on the camp circuit with rumors that they might all be a package. 2/7 down with Mumu.

I think this really signals another level of recruiting for the Bearcats. It's one thing to win a recruiting battle for a highly rated Ohio kid against the likes of UK or even Michigan State. But they just flipped a four star kid that lives in Texas who had offers from some of the biggest names in college football. Amazing.

Already a phenomenal start to the 2022 class, if we could land the Savage 7 we could certainly make a push for a top 25 class which I don't think has ever been done by a G5 program. Nice work staff!

This is some VERY good uncommitted SW Ohio talent in '22 as well. Of course OSU is pulling the top 10 or so, but after that, it's still fairly loaded with a lot of borderline 4* guys.

I watch Bobo Masters HUDL, there were jock straps all over the field from all the juking he was doing. There actually is one play where he makes some poor DB fall on his butt after Masters shakes and bakes.

We've always said the Bearcats have an easier path to a NY6 bowl than most P5 teams we compete against locally. If they finish this thing out the right way they might be able to claim that Cincinnati offers a better path to the CFP than most P5 programs. That's a hell of a selling point.
