I don't understand how a computer can accurately alter the strike zone to adjust for each player's height and stance. A live human can adjust his strike zone if the player hunches over too much.
If this ever goes live during the regular season, I think you'll start seeing players spending a lot of time figuring out how to fool the computer when they're looking for a walk.

Yeah, the players already spend a lot of time trying to fool the home plate umpire into calling a strike instead of a ball or vice versa. So if they're trying to fool a machine instead, it's just six of one or a half dozen of the other.

Many intersections use cameras for vehicle detection. They draw a box and count every time something enters it. Sounds like what we are looking for
