SOURCE: Toledo is hiring Craig Kuligowski. He will coach OLB’s and will be Co-Defensive Coordinator. Kuligowski spent 2018 at Alabama as Associate Head Coach. He was at Miami before that.
Vince Kehres will be the Defensive Coordinator.

I have no idea how he pulled this off, but it probably means he has just hired his replacement in either Kuligowski or Kehres.
Only concern would be why Kuligowski was let go at Alabama. I'm sure there was a discussion held with his former head coach - who was also a head coach at Toledo for a year.

I'm starting to think Tampa Rocket is recruiting these coaches. Don't know how he knows Kehres, but we get his son's head coach and a former teammate.... Things that make you go hmmmm....

Major investment by UT athletic department I presume. This is the kind of staff that will build champions and bring championships. All that Candle has to do is not get in the way.

I’m impressed. Some pretty solid hires by Candle this time around. Staff shouldn’t be a weakness next season, that’s for sure.

Has it ever been determined how many spots we have left in the 2020 class? Would be nice to bring in a couple good LBs and a couple more members for the OLine
