It will take place on June 10th, shortly before the College World Series begins.

I thought they were moving the draft until AFTER the CWS in part to avoid the players being distracted? Now they are having it in the same city?

I think that's a future move. They're making some changes in the next couple of years, I think, to tighten up some aspects of the old system.
This draft was already scheduled though. They're just moving locations because they want some of the top players to be present.
