Yup. I had the same thought. If Cincy wins, the top 20 win will push them past Boise. AAC Championship is for the Cotton Bowl.

Here's what I think. LSU beats Georgia, knocking them out of the CFP. Okie beats Baylor, and jumps Utah into the #4 spot.
Utah vs. Wisconsin in the Rose.
Georgia vs. Baylor/Penn State in the Sugar.
Virginia vs. Florida in the Orange.
Memphis/Cincy vs. Baylor/Penn State/Auburn/Alabama in the Cotton.
