Currently sitting at 1-6 with 4 games left. We struggle so much to score that I don’t see us winning another non conference game. Maybe Tulsa. I know Foley challenges his teams early but they are overmatched in every game except UCA. I think we overdid it this year schedule wise.We have got to get some players that can score and shoot. It is hard as a fan to watch games where the teams barely combine for 80 points.

The defense is there this year and we will win conference games but don't expect this team to win or beat better competition (especially P5 or some "high majors").
This team is just very young and a lot of freshmen are getting playing time more than usual. I'm not surprised by this bad start but the SOS will help the younger players play better in the conference games. If this team finishes up in the top 4 than I'll be happy.
However, we wouldn't be in this situation if we didn't lose some players in the transfer portal.

Terron isn't Illinois state and antwainette walker is at Marquette. Is there a link to the women's transfer portal?
Tech was a tough matchup for us. They matched us in size, athletic ability and defense. In games like that somebody beside kyra has to score. Sbc teams will have a tough time matching up to us. ... I hope.
