Sadly, the best broadcast we get is the Facebook one
You don't get the A-team announcers when it's two teams with a combined record of 3-19 in what may be the worst FBS conference in the country.
If we want ESPN's finest, we have to win our way to that. It can be done, but we haven't done it yet.
On the ESPN ap, the one video “highlight” is the Miners TD on the fumbled snap in the endzone. Sigh!

That was disappointing.

I did enjoy one subtle aspect of that highlight.

As the scrum collapses and half the players go for the ball while the other half try to signal to let the refs know “my teammate got it”... one of the UTEP players keeps signaling ‘safety’, as if he thought RICE had recovered and UTEP would only get 2 points instead of 6.

(this harkens back to the discussion earlier about the 100% acceptance rate)
