I am not trying to spin it in any direction. I actually thought the conference was doing ok until I saw the straight numbers I posted. Merely wins and losses and those teams rankings. It is pretty clear where we truly stand.

Also the "mixed bag" of 101-200 is skewed heavily by Delaware's success. Take them out and it is really hard to be positive about the CAA's OOC performance this season

I agree on all points in both posts. It’s clear who this conference can compete with and who we as a conference can’t. This conference has steadily deteriorated over the last 10-12 years and there is no sign of better things to come. Add that in with incompetent leadership signing deals making it more difficult for alumni and fans to watch games and you’ll see it drop even further. Such a shame when you consider the position of power the conference was in to further develop into an east coast powerhouse of basketball that could rival the A10 in the previous decade.

A huge shame. I actually think the conference was on the verge of passing the A10. Then ODU got football and the dominoes began to fall.
