With the possible exception of Nevada, all of those other matchups would be extremely difficult challenges for UAB. I wouldn't mind that Nevada matchup in Dallas. It's highest paying CUSA bowl game against an opponent I think we could beat. Great date and time (it's the only game on at that time) and it's not like our fanbase is going to travel anyways so who cares about the distance.

I would like the First Responders Bowl versus Nevada. My two favorite NCAA teams playing against each other, and pretty easy travel arrangements.

Probably not but that's the only way we're gonna play those teams somewhere besides their home fields. Get them away from home in a "meaningless" bowl and we might sneak up on 'em.
