Josiah Tauaefa Signs with Giants. ( UTSA ) - Lizard Breath - 10-10-2019 06:31 PM
Josiah Tauaefa, signed with the NY Giants last week and had some great plays. 3 solo tackles, 2 solo tackles for loss and is now under contract. He was good in college, now he looks to be good in the pros.
UTSA in a short time have had 3 players playing, under contract, and making a difference in NFL. More C-USA players in NFL the better.

I am very happy for Tauaefa. He deserves it. He is a talented player and I wish him all the best in his NFL career. Several Mean Green fans are still mad at our old coach for not recruiting him.

I am a die-hard NY Giants fan, so I have an opinion on this. I think he is just a guy. We run a 3-4, not a particularly good one, but considering as thin as we are at LB, he has a shot.
I don't think he will be anything more than a player for this year. Our 5th round rookie LB from Wisconsin was absolutely lighting it up before season ending injury forced him to the IR which is why we brought Tauaefa back.
So this UTSA LB needs to step up immediately.
