A matchup of #14 vs. #16, while nice, isn't SO important that GameDay broadcasts it. RE: Patrick Taylor - memtigbb - 10-11-2019 11:16 AM Last night Richard Ransom tweeted out "unconfirmed but I am hearing if Memphis stays undefeated ESPN gameday will be there".... Yeah, where did you hear that from? John Martin? I think it is an outside shot but we would at least be in consideration. RE: Patrick Taylor - geosnooker2000 - 10-11-2019 01:11 PM Now, the question is, could we show out for it. How early would you have to be down there to cheer every 10 minutes, or whatever it entails? They haven't visited one, yet, this year. If he had already proven himself he would have declared last year. If he pulled a king on this year he would kill his position in the NFL draft because teams would see him as a quitter. You are talking about a DE who had already proven himself and was the Big 10 returning defensive lineman of the year. And projected preseason lineman of the year. He was too early mock draft #1 overall projected pick before the season started. Yours has to be the most asinine comparison ever made on this board. RE: Patrick Taylor - Tiger87 - 10-12-2019 10:12 PM Did the (weak and terrible) announcers today even acknowledge Big Pat? I missed it if they did. Gainwell's doing a great job. But it's a shame fans, announcers, and tv audiences are losing sight of the fact that our #1 threat coming into the year has been out. RE: Patrick Taylor - Mimi - 10-12-2019 11:35 PM Good call Arguably the best player missed another game, this one a very close controversial loss RE: Patrick Taylor - Herff Tiger - 10-13-2019 02:21 AM (10-12-2019 10:12 PM)Tiger87 Wrote: Did the (weak and terrible) announcers today even acknowledge Big Pat? Yes, they did. I don't think I heard them call him our #1 threat, but they acknowledged that he was an 1100 yard rusher last year playing behind Henderson and Pollard and was our #1 back. |
