I don't know. People tend to hire people like themselves. Obama hired a bunch of arrogant narcissistic people with a god complex who were devoid of basic common sense.
President Trump hires a bunch of people who shoot off at the mouth and can't get along with anyone for very long.

They’ve shown, time and again, no reluctance to simply ruin otherwise good, trusting, dedicated people in their insatiable lust for not just power, but more importantly-control.
They make Mao and Stalin blush. Pol Pot simply takes notes.
