What are the three "has to happen" factors in order for this team to be pretty good (top third) this year?

Nowell has to have a big jump as a leader and to value the basketball and direct the team.
Monyyong needs to be an all conference type performer.
Coupert Jr needs to be the shut down defender we lack.
I feel Maric and Lottie will be solid but the other 3 can be the biggest difference makers in my opinion.

I'll pick these:
1. Turnovers have to decrease significantly
2. Rebounding has to improve
3. We have to have a shut-down defender
