Yeah, losing Allen will hurt because WSU wasn't returning any reliable scoring. At least Allen would have been positioned to be that guy. Although at WVU he fell out of favor in the 2nd half of the season.

I added projected rankings for teams.

It's actually good that we only play some of the worst teams in the AAC once since they really don't help us with anything. We play teams 2-6 twice which can give us better opportunities for better quadrant wins.

Yes.

The AAC did Memphis well.

You have two games with Cincinnati, Wichita State, Connecticut, and Houston ------ and only one with East Carolina. Hard to get a more favorable strength of schedule in conference. 04-rock

We do have 2 with Tulane and SMU. I think Tulane may be a little better and SMU a little worse this year. The main thing is playing the top teams twice.

KJ twice.

@Tulane is always nice for the fans who want a close and cool road trip city.

I just hope we can go .500

LOL, this year we may sellout their arena with around 90% Memphis fans. Used to always play them during Mardi Gras.

I don't think Boogie's 3pt percentage will be that high but close. 03-lmfao

It looks like it was designed so Tulane and East Carolina play the top teams in the conference once. The two likely SOS killers.

04-cheers Love it. We want all the smoke. Better the competition, the more we control our own NCAA seeding, etc. Love it!

The AAC's favortism to the top of the conference is finally helpful to us. GTG

It will be hard to go 16-0 with that schedule. We will know more after Christmas how they will do.

How about 18-0 since we play 18 conference games?

@Houston and @Cincy will be tough. Hopefully we get both of them later in the season.

Yes, it will be really hard to go 16-0....

I would put @ WSU and @ UCONN above @ Cincy till I see the new coach.

Cincy is adding Jarron Cumberland's cousin, Jaevin. Jaevin averaged 17 for Oakland last year. He looks and plays a lot like his cousin too.

UConn if they can get Akok eligible which is in doubt then maybe they will be up there.

WSU lost a guy projected to be their leading scorer along with their leading scorer from last year. They will probably be 4th or 5th.

Houston lost 3 of their top 5 scorers but should still be good albeit not as good as last year.

USF returns everyone so they could finish in the top 4 teams.

Akok enrolled in January. No academic issues. No doubt he'll be starting at the 4.
