Not sure if already mentioned, but Robert Vaden was drafted by the Aliens of the Big 3 basketball league. They are coming to Legacy Arena on July 6 for a tournament or a game. Not really sure how the league works as I do not follow it.

Big 3 is a basketball league founded by rapper/family movie director Ice Cube. It's just a 3 on 3 tournament full of former NBA players that are coached by former NBA players love liked Dr.J and George Gervin.

Big 3 is coming to Birmingham on July 6, I think. Possible to see him play in person, once more.

This is a fun little league. Should be worth the time if you can go. Not sure how Vaden will perform, but I've seen some of the older players have some success here.
