Anthony Romphf...had 25 offers including Michigan, Michigan State, Iowa State, Boston College, Maryland, Rutgers and Louisville to name a few.

Good get. Looks like FAU was one of the schools offering him as a QB which he probably wants to play. The MSU and Michigan offers appeared to be for him to play on the defensive side of the ball and not really at QB:
"One of the big questions with Romphf is what position he projects to at the college level. Quarterback is his primary position at the high school level, but several schools have recruited him for defensive back. Michigan State primarily projects Romphf to the defensive side of the football as well.
“They don’t just want me as a DB,” Romphf noted. “They want me as an athlete, so I might be able to play a little quarterback there too.”
