After 5 years with the 49ers and often injured, Jimmie was a free agent. Just resigned a 1 year for $5 million.
If he can just play a full year without injury he could increase his income next year.

5 Million for 1 year. Better than a sharp stick in the eye. I’m sure he has incentives built in for staying healthy.

That’s still great and if he does well, he sets himself up for a longer deal.
