Scottow is still under investigation by police — who took her photographs, fingerprints and a DNA sample after arresting her. They also took the woman’s mobile phone and laptop computer and haven’t given it back since Scottow was taken into custody on Dec. 1, 2018

I know I'm getting old because the world is less and less a place I would choose to live in. It's simply insane. It's my grandchildren for which I fear. I sometimes think that some of the most mortal enemies of Western Civilization are rolling on the floor in laughter at how soft and self indulgent we've become when we arrest 74 year old women for daring to question the legitimacy of something which in their lifetime was absolutely and unquestioningly abnormal and to have questioned it remotely and non-violently to boot. The day we fear what any 74 year old woman thinks is a day in which our enemies know that they would absolutely strike terror in our hearts. Bombs and bayonets are so much more fearsome than derision.

I know I'm getting old because the world is less and less a place I would choose to live in. It's simply insane. It's my grandchildren for which I fear.
