ULM Ga Sou BB stream/TV - InjunJohn86 - 01-10-2019 03:58 PM

I thought all SBC games were going to be on ESPN+. Is there some other stream going on or broadcast?

Not all the games. Some pitiful schools still haven’t gotten on board and it’s the school’s responsibility to broadcast the game.

If it's not on ESPN+ then it should be on True Blue TV.

True Blue TV is free to view.

So I got curious because I had vague memories that while most games would be on some form of ESPN this season, I was sure that all games would be on them next season. Not quite.

This season it's a minimum of 100 games. Next season a minimum of 150 games. Starting with the 2020-2021 season, every single conference men's and women's basketball game will be broadcasted.

The article I read vaguely referenced that other regular season sports would get more exposure which I assume means baseball and volleyball, but the article didn't really give any details on that.

Looks like the following have all their remaining home games broadcasted:
Texas State
ULM
Arkansas State
Troy
Coastal
Little Rock
UTA

The following have most, but not all:
Georgia State (7 of 8)
Appalachian State (7 of 8) - That 1 is tomorrow vs. TXST!!! Where can I watch it?!?!?!?
South Alabama (6 of 7)
Louisiana (5 of 7)
Georgia Southern (5 of 8)

We don't have anyone that isn't up and running yet, don't really get why you wouldn't broadcast every game if you have the ability to though.

GSU has had all home games broadcast on an ESPN platform for the past three seasons (except exhibitions). We have had and will have all of this seasons home games broadcast on ESPN+.

EDIT

I'm guessing you're looking at the ESPN website to see what games are broadcast. It seems counterintuitive, but ESPN often doesn't actually correctly list games, at least they usually don't for GSU. You have to go to the individual school's athletics website to get an accurate listing of what will be on ESPN+.
