Ginsburg misses Supreme Court arguments for the 1st time - THE NC Herd Fan - 01-07-2019 06:10 PM

Ginsburg was not on the bench as the court met Monday to hear arguments. It was not clear when she would return to the court, which will hear more cases Tuesday and Wednesday, and again next week.

Whats funny is they said she is working at home. She frickin sleeps and cant keep her head up when she is at work. I can only imagine what she is doing at home. Hell is she even alive? When was the last time anyone has seen her?

If she doesn't miss work ever and missed today...
and we know she recently had MALIGNANT growths removed from her lungs...
guessing she's really really ill and their trying to keep it on the QT.
She will die in office...and I bet within no more than 6 months.
No way she's "working" from home. She's not "working" at work.
I actually feel badly for her...cancer sucks. Guessing the malignancy wasn't contained to the spots on her lungs.
She should've retired under Obama but wanted HRC to name her successor...
now she likely dies in office knowing Trump will name her replacement.

This is how I see it happening:
RBG will fall asleep during court one day and when the proceedings are done, it'll be discovered that she has passed away.

This just proves the Supreme Court is an incredibly political animal. The only reason RBG is not retiring is because she doesnt want her replacement to have an alternative political philosophy

Knowing this, if she happens to become incapable of doing her job and needs to be replaced, the left have no one to blame besides RBG.
She could have retired when Obama was in office. She chose not to.

Is anyone else disturbed that in the upcoming movie, the casting person must have NEVER seen RBG because Felicity Jones is WAY TOO HOT to be playing her.

It just doesnt matter. The Supreme court is the ultimate political animal and RBG is proving it. It's not about proper respect of the institution, it's about power and control

Yup, she should have resigned when she knew a Dem would replace her. She could have lived out her days with dignity, knowing that the status of the court would remain the same.
Now she's living everyday knowing that when she dies... she'll be replaced with a conservative. That's got to be a living hell for her to deal with. Knowing there's nothing she can do, to prevent the court from becoming conservative. If nothing else hastens her demise, that mental anguish will destroy her.
I'm certain she believes that keeping the court balanced is for the good of the country. But she put self pride and wants of being replaced by the 1st Female Presidents choice above duty to the country.
