OK, well NIU has some great offensive numbers this year in terms of efficiency, but as we know some horrible defense. Butler was a cold shower reality call for sure. However, if NIU has any potential to do any little bit in the MAC this year, WIU is a team you take care of at home by 12+ plus points. Ill be optimistic and say a well-rested Huskie team does this:

I'll wait until Monday to post the NET and Kenpom rankings. Again they removed espn+ from the website so we get screwed again. I am beginning to regret paying the $4.99 a month.

Maybe there's a espn++ you have to sign up for that's another $4.99.

Oh wow good catch. I guess when you can't afford to have two cameras (one in Boca and one in DeKalb), it does make all the previous Big 12 talk seem a little nonsensical. These are middle school problems. Actually I wonder if its a man power issue for announcing, Garcia is everything NIU so I am sure he has some bowl duty, and I don't know I would imagine Baker already needs if a substitute if its on radio. Couldn't they just show a court with no announcing.
I will say Huskies open as 11 or 12 point favorites.

My guess is that it was removed for espn+ because all the camera personnel and crew will be down in Boca. At least this one is a pretty viable reason.

Pretty amazing run UB is on run now. Metrics-wise, UB is playing at top 3 seed level right now with another win today vs SIU. Not saying they will get that seed, but the numbers support it to date. Toledo with another thumping of an opponent tonight, perhaps Toledo needs to be by itself in Tier 2 of the MAC with Ball State just behind. The spreadsheet I created in link in my signature is now saying UB has an 83 percent chance to win the MAC tourney. I can never remember this clear cut of a favorite and that much separation between 1 and 2.

Saturday Buffalo and Toledo won and Kent lost to Louisville by 13.

Well going into this game German is first in MAC and Bradley is fifth in scoring. NIU only team with two guys in top 10. Also German second in 3pt shooting in the MAC.

I’ll take a one point victory. I believe WIU shoots many 3’s so I’m just hoping NIU comes away with a win. Defensively, NIU is just so slow at rotating on defense that a team that can makes some 3’s they currently have no chance at beating.

Ok... So I was highly annoyed when I noticed it was no longer on espn+ while on may way home tonight. But this info actually makes sense. Annoyed, but I guess I get it.
