1) That is for the next wave of illegals gathering steam to cross into Guatemala/Mexico.
2) Show me how the Honduran Government spends the aid money. Aid money, free food and clothes won't stop migrants from coming North. USA is the land of milk and honey.

POTUS/Federal Government, their job is to protect our borders. It isn't red meat Tom. There are 22-36 Million illegals in the USA according to a September published MIT/Yale study. Obama/Hillary/Schumer all voted Yes to the 2006 Secure Fence Act. What happened why is the left flip flopping now.
