Beat SEC and beat Houston! - tcountytigerfan - 10-13-2018 09:15 PM Still lots to play for this year. 9 wins, a chance to beat an SEC school, and a great way to end the season with a W over Houston. Eliminate a few mistakes but continue to bring the effort we had today, and it'll still be a heck of a season. See y'all next week. Go Tigers! RE: Beat SEC and beat Houston! - SeƱorTiger - 10-13-2018 09:26 PM Absolutely. Just have to take it one week at a time. Picking up a win against an SEC team is always a great way to get morale back up! RE: Beat SEC and beat Houston! - bluebacker - 10-13-2018 09:44 PM This team has yet to beat a good team. I don't see them beating either Missouri or Houston. They could lose to any other team left on the schedule. 6-6 is probably where this team lands with both 7-5 and 5-7 in play. It is what it is. RE: Beat SEC and beat Houston! - mapdude - 10-13-2018 10:59 PM Until we find a QB that can put some zip on the ball, we are gonna suffer. White's pass's are all just lofted out there. No frozen ropes ever. RE: Beat SEC and beat Houston! - UofMemphis - 10-13-2018 11:01 PM we should beat Tulsa, ECU, and SMU...that's 7 wins right there...then just beat 1/2 of the Houston/Mizzou combo and suddenly Memphis is an 8 win team that should get a solid bowl. Do you enjoy telling little kids that Santa isn't real? Also, are you available for parties? You seem like fun. RE: Beat SEC and beat Houston! - AlonsoWDC - 10-13-2018 11:42 PM I still think 8-4 (5-3) is easily on the table, and Missouri doesn't even really scare me that much. They scare me a little. Big beefy boys and a real deal QB. Its gonna be difficult. Not nearly as good as UCF and if we can get pressure on the QB, he kinda folds. RE: Beat SEC and beat Houston! - bluebacker - 10-14-2018 04:42 PM The four wins are Mercer, Georgia State, South Alabama, and UConn all at the LB. It's at Missouri. It better not rain...... But if we go 6-6, I'll still be there drinking beer and cheering.
