Memphis our nearly every trick and formation look on the table and built a lead on that. It showed a ton of heart to regroup and come back by blanking their offense in the second half

Memphis is night and day a different team at home

We took you to overtime at your place the last time we played. What's this "night and day" home stuff supposed to mean. Thanks for the left handed compliment.

As for the trick plays, our fans were screaming for Norvell to quit using them. The majority of them didn't do squat and put us in long down situations.

I think he meant this season you are night and day, not last season

A bit defensive are we? 03-phew

I meant this season your team looks totally different at home vs. on the road. You guys were drilled by a pretty bad Tulane team on the road yet played a Top 10 team to the wire yesterday.

And yes you took us to OT last time we played, but in the same season we drilled you at home too.

The #UCF at Memphis TV window delivered a 2.4 overnight rating per @espn.

Translate please. Is 2.4 good?

Someone posted the AAC Championship game last year had a 2.3 and IIRC that was said to be good.

Thanks. It was a great game...........except for the outcome.

It was horrible. Memphis could have run 3 or 4 more plays. There were 38 seconds and the clock was stopped to set the chains. Because of stupid on top of stupid, Memphis only got one play off and no FG attempt. Inexcusable.

Yep. LSU/FLorida generated a 2.9 last week in the 3:30pmEastern slot on CBS. Iowa St and Oklahoma state had the ESPN2 game at 3:30pmEastern and earned a whopping .44.

2.4 is right at 4million viewers.

We should be #7 at least come poll time.

Not if those in charge of the polls saw the refs bail you guys out.

We had like we’ll over 100 yards in penalties, what else do you want? Simple answer, don’t leave it in the refs hands. By all accounts you guys should’ve won.

Yep, better team this week, but if you can't close out, it doesn't matter.

Disappointing year for my Tigers, but we played the defending national champs to a basic draw (again) and probably should have won. That sucks, but I'm taking the view that:

1. We still played mostly well.
2. We lost our QB1 / WR1 and are rebuilding a little.
3. I remember when 4-3 was cause for celebration in Tiger land, so 4-3 as a down year is quite livable if you think about it.

In that regard, nothing to do but to congratulate the defending champs and tell everyone to get their licks in now, as payback happens in 2019 03-wink

Best to all, now go win back to back NCs UCF...

Not many things are more annoying than having a group of young, drunk females in front of you the entire game, ha.

I took Film at Memphis, and phone videos bring back memories how I was taught the French"Mise-en-scene" concept of Cinematography in framing. Everything captured in frame in a Film Directors' frame serves a purpose.

I just thought it was hilarious she popped up front and center, right in front of you in your video, lol.

It looks like you were in the student section, or on it's edge. Probably could have captured a lot of that young, drunken behavior the entire game, lol.

Maybe he's referring to this year.. 2 bad away losses

You only get to be young and dumb once. Student sections only get to behave like that once.

NFL atmosphere just can't compete with it.

At the UNC - ECU game, a very attractive young woman appeared to be doing a pole dance without the pole through parts of the game. The 10 year old kid behind me got a great education.

Because of the upsets though it will cause us to miss the champ game and a chance at redemption like last year.
So proud of our guys and the direction this program is in.

Thankful we have teams such as UCF in this conference that competes at a high level and gives us a standard to strive for.
Great competitors.

As always, Go Tigers Go... We'll get you one day 03-wink

Hardest thing for most teams is to be able to win on the road...as its usually much easier to win at home (hence why most coaches want as many home games as possible).

This past weekend's game was just another UCF/Memphis game that went down to the wire.

I'm glad UCF may not see Memphis for another 2 years (not scheduled to see them in 2019 or 2020) as I'm not sure my heart can handle another game like that.
