GOD SPEED AND GO BUCS! I'm a new poster but have been following this board since I was student and they were announcing football was back. Watching this team under Herink has been a lot of fun. (Marchi is gonna be studly next year) They seem to collectively play a little harder and with more confidence now. I knew Austin while I was a student, so that is no surprise. He is the real deal when it comes to being a leader and is ideal with our nasty defense. All I have to say is I never would have thought ETSU would be where we are at now, when i first stepped on campus. Go Bucs!

Biggest game ETSU has had in terms of what a win could really mean. Folks, this weekend is part of why it was brought back. Here we are. They played Chattanooga and Wofford tight, got a win over Mercer, and took a two TD loss on the road at Towson. This is going to be a very, VERY tough out on Saturday but I believe ETSU has the defensive horses to get it done. Statistically, our Team defensively is better than their team offensively, but with two less games they're gaining about 20 more yards per game. The data on this is a little skewed as ETSU has played two more games than the Bulldogs. We know what they bring, and if you keep them off schedule then their offense does NOT WORK.
They've got to win this one. Get to six, and whatever happens after that is house money.

I might make it down to Charleston this weekend, and use this game as an excuse to go see the sister. Really hope we can come out like we have the past two weeks. This team has been great to watch so far and now we are into the bigger tests. Defense HOLD STRONG! Go Bucs!

With that kind of spread it appears they think both teams are evenly matched but since Citadel is at home they have the advantage. I can't blame them. ETSU has to prove they can beat a decent team on the road. This is a good opportunity to do that.

In our last two meetings, the Citadel has averaged 379 rushing yards; so this will be a big test for the defense. If they can hold up, I think we can win this one.

That seems too low. I would think about 10-12 would be closer. But they have not been dominant, to be sure.

Nice drive by Herink. We needed to get in the endzone. He kept the drive alive multiple times by being able to maneuver in the pocket. Our o-line is having a bit of trouble with the citadel defensive front

Gave the cameras to some people with the shakes, and sideline reporter who is reading some pregame notes. Imagine this being on espn+ and paying 5 bucks for it.....
