ODU Field Hockey Rocking Despite ODU Football Debacle - ziggy1 - 09-02-2018 01:08 PM
While we mope over ODU Football's disgraceful outing at Liberty, Field Hockey is quietly making waves and slowly reclaiming our rightful place in the sport. The #25 ranked Monarchs are 4-0, having beaten the following:
Michigan State (Score: 2-0)
Kent State (Score: 1-0)
#22 William & Mary (Score: 4-3 OT)
#17 James Madison (Score: 3-0)
Way to go ladies!
Any ODU fan should take the time and go support these young ladies whenever they visit a school near you. They deserve it. No excuses at all for those residing in Hampton Roads as regards home games.

Yet the game was not advertised much ! Also...why isn't there a large outreach approach to middleschoob, JV, HS, and club programs. Free tickets, free swag should be apart everything they do. I will likely try to attend the next home game.

ODU Field Hockey is now 6-0 after beating #8 UVA in Charlottesville. Incredible run so far ladies, keep it up!
