Chad Pennington, Jets Chadwick's five-year rookie contract expires at the end of this season, and both sides have been working diligently this summer on an extension. The Jets have already begun to build their entire offense around Pennington, slotting two young emerging receivers, Santana Moss and Justin McCareins, on his wings. Chad is adamant about not letting negotiations run into the season and will put an end to all contract talks if an agreement is not reached before the end of August. For the sake of incentive, we certainly wouldn't mind watching him throw for dollars this season.
