I was looking at the UTEP coaching staff listing and it has 17 including our head coach. I have also heard from people at camp that we have a staff that resembles a Big 12 school in terms of size. Is this similar to other schools in CUSA in terms of the size of the staff?

I feel like the "rule" is you can have 11 "official" on the field coaches (HC and 10 assistants), along with 5 or so graduate assistants. On top of that though i'm not sure the cap on off the field positions such as analyst, administrative assistant/secretary, assistant to the HC, football ops and assistant ops, player personnel, player development, player relations and who knows what else. And if you wanted to expand it further you've got several athletic trainers/doctors, strength and conditioning, equipment, video, social media....and probably several more than i've missed.
USM has 17 listed on it's coaches/staff page but it doesn't include the non coaching staff----trainers, equipment, S&C, media relations, video

UNT has 20 on the list but two deal mainly with recruiting and another is the Assistant AD for Football Operations.
