NBC Reporter Cries Foul On Tweet, Incorrectly Cites Lobbying Regulation - Kronke - 07-03-2018 01:03 PM

Apparently the alt-left is up in arms right now, because the official WH account tweeted at camila harris, asking her why she supports MS-13, and pochahontas, asking her why she wants to abolish ICE.

Despite the fact that the WH archived account for obama proves that he did the EXACT same thing (probably because it isn't illegal), NBC News' Chief Foreign Affairs Correspondent & arm-chair lawyer andrea mitchell claimed that the WH is on shaky "ethical and legal grounds" to "attack" harris, and then proceeded to incorrectly cite.. lol.. a lobbying regulation.

Per actual lawyers, this tweet is VERY fake news.

At time of posting, mitchell's tweet is still up and has 30,374 likes and 14,165 retweets. All victims of fake news.

Quote:NBC News star Andrea Mitchell is under fire for citing the wrong law when attempting to attack the White House amid its Twitter feud with Democratic Sens. Elizabeth Warren and Kamala Harris.

On Monday, the White House targeted Harris and Warren individually on Twitter, accusing Harris of “supporting the animals of MS-13” and Warren of “supporting criminals moving weapons, drugs and victims across our nation’s borders.”

Mitchell attempted to defend the Democratic leaders, but it didn’t go so well.

“Re: White House tweets attacking Senators: Section 1352(a) of Title 31: No part of the money appropriated by any enactment of Congress shall ... be used directly or indirectly to pay for any ... written matter ... intended or designed to influence in any manner a Member of Congress,” the NBC star tweeted.

Law & Crime reporter Ronn Blitzer wrote that the statute Mitchell named has “nothing to do” with the situation and “doesn’t even include the language she quoted.”

Mitchell is Alan Greenspan's old lady. Tells me everything I need to know.
