If there is a worse announcer than John Cox in the country for a 1-A team, I'd like to hear him.
The OM guy is an annoying homer, but he at least tells you what happens in a halfway decent manner. Cox misses entire plays. Gives the score sparingly. Doesn't tell where the ball is on the field. Gets excited when the other team does well. Thinks all the receivers' name is Double Out.

I want to know how he's maintained that nasal Ohio accent after all of these years in the deep South.
