The WR from CA, Jake Bailey, is the guy I really want... Would be a great addition.
It's also critically important and good that the two JuCo guys and the grad transfer OL are enrolling in January. To have a spring practice to build continuity and learn the system is crucial.

According to the Roost, Byczinski won’t sign today. But we did pick up Bailey from CA which is great.

Very strange. I doubt he ever signs with us now. Both him and his mom I think had invited people to come watch him sign. Wonder if some P5 called him and said they had a spot if he waited.
Bailey is a great pickup. If you go by 247 only rankings he’s tied for the highest (87) of any CUSA recruit.

Yeah he had to have gotten a last minute "hang on, don't sign yet" from another team. Given that he's already used his official visit here, chances aren't great we'll be able to land him if that other team follows through with an offer.
The rest of signing day appears to have gone very well. Bailey is a great pickup.

For what its worth... The most recent people he's followed on Twitter have been from Buffalo... Which I think he's had an offer from for a long time... So it'd be a bit odd for him to flip to them.
Oh well, maybe he wants to be within driving distance of home and Buffalo isn't a horrible school (not to mention, they have a much better athletic program than us right now).

Trevor B signed with Buffalo, according to a text I just received from my nephew (who attended the same high school and graduated last year).
