I THINK that the pool(s) is for Associated Students use, not athletics, but im not100% sure. We already have an aquatics center. I WISHED it would be upgraded.
As far as financing,
1. Hopefully the population isnt stopping at 10,000.
2. Debt would be over time, I'm sure.
3. As mentioned, hopefully a donor kicks in some.
