UT standout freshman Lexi Sun is transferring from UT. I wonder if our volleyball coach contacted her or if Lexi has any interest in Rice?

Can’t hurt but 99% guess she goes back to California. California kids have a tough time adjusting to Texas, like Marcus Jackson.

Here's a link to a 49-page (!!) VolleyTalk message board thread on Lexi ("So tell me Longhorns, what is your opinion of Lexi Sun?") that started on Sept. 1, 2017 ... and just two days later included this comment: "I'll bet money that she transfers to USC after this season (or maybe after her sophomore year)."
There is much, much more analysis and speculation here, as one could imagine.
