Looks like 2nd place is going to be our likely finish. FIU has the top 5 diving season-best totals (in 3 meter - there is also 1 meter diving).

The women swim team is doing well this year but how the hell do they have a chance if you don’t have a diving team also. Really stupid and minor league. I hope Dr K will take notice since he came from Stanford.

Is this the first year you’ve noticed that?

Bumping this because there is no reason the swim team should have 1/5 of the page views of the track conference championship thread(s). Congrats to the ladies on a great showing (with 1 day yet to go). We have some very good seniors who we will miss after this season.

Thanks for the bump, our swimmin’ women are a solid second with 502 points, 205 behind FIU and 149 in front of Marshall going into the final day of competition.

From the CUSA presser “For the second straight night, Rice took the first competition of the evening, as Kaitlyn Swinney repeated as champion of the 400 (yard) IM, shaving nearly six seconds off her prelims time in registering a 4:12.89, three seconds ahead of the rest of the field.”
