Good game Tulane. You definitely out played us. Fortunately for us we were able to out people you with our deep bench vs your short bench. Best of luck the rest of the way.

Good comeback by Tulsa over short handed Tulane.

Gutty performance by Tulane. I know it shows up as a loss but we absolutely maximized everything we had available tonight. We keep playing like that we will build the right culture here.

I don't understand the optimism. They've dropped 3 of 4 against a very soft stretch. Two of those games we ugly.

I just don't see a future NCAA team in 1 or 2 years.

And that gym of yours will become a southern version of the old kennel that helped Gonzaga become what it is.

5 more field goals; killed by 60% from the line.
We played 2 walk-ons, including ex Coach Conroy's son. Check that-3 walk ons.
We played our rears off.

I don't know what's to complain about (other than the Ref's refusal to call a foul at the end of regulation when Reynolds was mauled).
We're playing 3 walk-ons who haven't played since the last minute in a December game. it's a tough league. if you can't see improvement out of this team, you don't want to see it.

There's a fine line between wins and losses at times. See Tulsa football 2017. Tulane is better than their record shows.

Because of why you're losing, you're to thin. You will develop some of those players you don't see now as 8th and 9th guys. Some recruits on the same level as you have been getting and your 6th and 7th guy will easily be AAC quality. Next year and the year after you will see your depth develop and those players doing well now will be experienced, bigger, and stronger.

I believe Temple will ultimately be a tournament team, and we played them right to the wire without our best player. ECU was a road win and they turned around and beat Memphis next out. USF game was bad, sure. So in that stretch I think there is only one game we should be disappointed in, in terms of calibur of play and effort.

This team won 6 games last year. It depends on your perspective I guess, but if you thought we had any chance of winning this game on the road without Ona Embo or Frazier I don’t know what to tell you man.

The fact that you’re using an NCAA bid next year or the year after as the metric for judging our growth is kind of insane in itself.

It's more insane that it's a possibility, Tulane is growing leaps and bounds.

Also Tulsa and Tulane carrying a basketball thread. High five to all 4 of us

you were horrible last year and drastically drastically improved in 1 year

you just took a quality team to the without your best player
literally all but 1 of your players comes back next season ..
and both recruits you are bringing in decently touted recruits

i dont get your lack of optimism...

Ain’t dead yet.

SMU up 6 after strong start to second half. They opened the game well too.

Looks like UH thought the game might be easy with Shake out.

Impressed by SMU. Playing smart ball. Rob Gray missing in action again.

Actually I think we will lose Frazier to the draft also. ESPN has him first round in the latest projection.

I actually don’t mind that because it is a hell of a recruiting pitch for Dunleavy. His argument is that he can get guys ready for the nba and that shows he can.

SMU totally out coaching this game. Controlling the tempo big time. This would be our first home loss and would be a bad one. Props to SMU. Hustling big time.

Well then you need to Nancy Kerrigan Brooks.
