We went through a period of worrying too much about size that led us to look better in uniforms and perform worse on the field. I hope they have moved their focus to finding football players in all different shapes and sizes.

Yep, Brocchini is 5'11", but he had 22 interceptions in 21 games over the last two years while twice being name a Juco All-American. So, not real tall, against unknown level of competition, but seems to me it's definitely worth taking a chance on him with that kind of nose for the ball.

I've decided Brocchini will be the one I really track. IIRC his highlights show him really sticking people. He's also listed as 5'9" and 5'10" 2x JUCO AA. I'm betting he can play.
Holloman is the one I'm concerned about. His highlights show a lot of arm tackling.

Hate to compare the 2 just because of skin color, but Blankenship from MTSU is probably 6 foot or 6-1 and 180 (very thin). But, dude took over our game vs. them, which is hard for a safety to do.

For a school that had to turn to a walk on, we can never have enough talent at QB. Also we should know that no one automatically gets the job after what happened with SB.

The juco QB was not a total surprise since Wilder said he wanted one after the Rice game. I think SW could be gone after spring, is it possible for him to graduate in two years?
