Player who was hurt and missed alot of games , who was dazzling, versus a regular season player who endured a whole season, exceptionally. Also whose QB refused to look at as a bail out and would rather throw the ball out of bounds.

As I read it, it was only a tie for the offensive ROY, not the overall ROY.
