You can tell by watching Fletcher how competitive he is and how much he wants to win. There has been some criticism of Fletcher on this board for trying to do too much at times. While perhaps that criticism has been warranted, I think it's a byproduct of his competitive nature. You need guys who want the ball when the game's on the line, and Fletcher is definitely that guy.

Walked past him at the women’s game and all I could think of was “WOW, is he skinny.” Not Knuckles skinny, but if he weighed 220 he’d be even beastier. Definitely a great addition.
