Don't get me started on UTEP. I have been blaming the boosters for years before Trump ever came to office.

Utep's sports woes are multi-fold:
1. They are located between nowhere, USA, and Juarez.
2. There are bullets fired through the university's windows that originate form across the border
3. When UTEP was awarded the CUSA basketball championship over Memphis, UTEP fans touted that they would be able to fill their arena for the CCG due to the illegals that would want to attend the games.
4. The distance to other schools is so great that Memphis used to make the UTEP basketball game a layover flight to Gonzaga, since both were on the other side of the planet fro mus.
But according to UTEP, they are virtually indistinguishable from Texas A&M, and the man is simply keeping them down.

geographically, that's the simple fact of the matter......
there isn't a soul in cusa that cares about traveling to UTEP......
it's no different than the 'burg and why the MS gulf coast is where we should continue to promote hosting any form or regional......last years baseball tourney was a home run.....basketball is a gimme too....
swap out Nashville and the MS coast every two years......that's win all day in commerce terminology.....

UTEP has no business being a Division I school. The only reason we have remained one is because of the amazing 1966 national championship.

Stick to politics you don't know what you're talking about. 1, 2, and 3 are hogwash. Perhaps we're not situated in say, Dallas, but it's enough that we led the old CUSA in football attendance. Oh, illegals don't attend UTEP sporting events. I like your political posts, just stay on that subject and the topic of what Luis wrote.
We were content in being in the MWC but our fearless leaders are idiots like the Demons and didn't care so we were kicked out when the Mwc disbanded.
