Not understanding what is new here. I think its from roughly 190 to 205 they have channels for the various conferences.

Supplemental...will run 24/7 covering conference stuff. I could see it used for games, replays, interviews, etc...

Ok. The existing channels just cover games. Each conference has about 5 channels that play football and basketball games.
